This is South Pointe Pier in Miami Beach Florida. I had walked down to the very tip of South Beach, where kids played by fountains, people stopped by the bar after work to decompress, and people walked their dogs. You can also walk on the actual pier once you pass this cool public area. These men were having a great time and relaxing afternoon casting for fish. These guys were very cool and ignored that I was snapping action shots of them!
